Ritu Films Cut is the brainchild of two cinema lovers with the common aim of making movies rich in content with incredibly talented people.

Producer and CEO of Ritu Films Cut, Rutuja Gaikwad is passionate about theatre and a world cinema buff. She has participated at university level theatre. Her dream to establish a production house materialized when she aligned her creative instincts with like-minded Anil Gaikwad and thus was formed an entity named 'Ritu Films Cut LLP'.
Rutuja has worked independently on 2 short films in 2015 that have been well-received by audiences globally and selected for various international film festivals. She is presently working on two Marathi films, revolving around sports and entertainment.

A cinema enthusiast with a shared vision for meaningful storytelling, Anil Gaikwad co-founded Ritu Films Cut LLP alongside Rutuja Gaikwad Bajaj. Together, they have built a production house that values content-rich cinema and nurtures emerging talent in the Indian film industry.
